- Question: What is the craziest thing you ever did to get a guy to notice you?
- Tori Amos: This guy I liked asked me out on a date, but I was so nervous that I hadn't eaten all day. After he asked me out I had some peanut butter on toast, went onstage, and near the end of the show I couldn't breathe. I still blame the peanut butter. I came off stage, still couldn't breathe, passed out, and then the ambulance arrived. I was taken to the emergency room, given some kind of shot, and now I'm married to that guy.
